How to prepare for your journey?
No matter where you live in Australia or overseas, we’ve made the journey to a new smile as simple as possible. We can assess your case remotely, have a chat via tele consultation and assist with the logistics of your visit with us. When you’re here, we often only need a day or two to do everything. Follow the steps below to start this exciting journey:
1. Purchase our Remote Consultation kit
This kit was carefully created to provide everything you need to take good quality photos of your teeth. It also includes a referral for an x-ray which you can take to any x-ray clinic where you are located. There is also some information about us and the treatments we provide.
(The kit is fully refundable when you proceed with treatment).
2. Book your Teleconsultation
After receiving your photos, x-ray and any further information, we will assess your case. If required, we will organise a teleconference with our dentists, to further refine and understand your goals. This also provides you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
3. Book your appointment
You’ll be assigned a member of our team who’ll help you with finding a day and time for your appointment with us, or answer any questions you may have.
